Out of rehab.
I've been out of rehab for the majority of the month, but I was stricken with an array of headaches that I couldn't bother to post anything. My first set of headaches probably came as an ill effect of the H1N1 vaccine. The other batch of headaches came with the season flu shot, which my doctor gave me, knowing that I had a bladder infection, so I was pretty much in bed for the better part of 3 days to recover. I hope that my headache troubles are past me and I should only be getting symptoms of my low pressure headache.... which are caused by a loss of pressure in my spinal column that the CSF flows across, or something. Not to put any blame on my doctors, but the lumbar puncture they did is the culprit. Oh well, it's just more Advil for me.
I should be back in Waterloo sometime this week. My parents are hesitant to send me back because of the headaches, though I think it's religion that's preventing them from making the trip. As for work, I don't think it's the right thing to do. I still have my 2 hour "naps" during the day to "reset" my CSF in my spinal column, so I think I'll use December to rest up for the school year.
So, what will I be doing in December? I'll probably drop by campus a bit, see some people I haven't seen for a while. Visiting my past and "current" offices to let them know I'm okay. And for the rest of the month, probably catch up on my personal project, which is pretty much a huge database and a very ambitious project for only about 100 or so people that care.
Speaking of December, any Mac people want to get an e-mail thread going about the year-end dinner, please do so. Probably hard to organize things during 4th year for most people, so I'll probably work on the thread by the 12th if nobody starts one.
